As the Realm Makers conference heads into its third year, we are deeply grateful for the way we are seeing this endeavor touch the lives of writers who love both the Lord and creating fantastic fiction. Over and over, we’ve seen our conference attendees and the members of our social media communities express their excitement as they now have a place to call home, where asking “What if …” is celebrated and embraced. The Realm Makers vision has created a tight-knit community of passionate fantasy and science-fiction leaders.

Our conference goal is to expand what we offer our attendees without placing an undue registration cost burden on those who would join us in St Louis. But top-notch faculty comes at a justifiable price. In order to have the most influential names in speculative fiction at the lecterns this year, Realm Makers needs to raise significant funds outside of direct earnings from conference registrations.

The good news is, conference funding from the previous year was sufficient to carry us through the initial deposits, insurance, and background costs of getting started for 2015, but there is a growing budget on the horizon. Many of you have made contributions in previous years. Would you consider coming alongside us once again?  Read on for this year’s contribution levels…

This year’s sponsorship levels and subsequent benefits include:

But wait….last time, you put ads in the conference program…

In response to conferee feedback and in an effort to carve away at extraneous expenses, we do not plan to make a printed conference program available this year, just a schedule. Any handouts faculty members supply will be made available via the conference website the week before the conference.

How do I contribute?

If you would like to help us finance great faculty, tasty meals, potential audio recording of sessions, and other conference necessities, please email us at info@faithandfantasyalliance.com. Put CONFERENCE CONTRIBUTOR in the subject line. In the body of your email, let us know how much you’d like to offer, and we’ll set up the transaction in either PayPal or give you an address for sending a check, whichever you prefer

Every little bit helps. If you’d like to sponsor, but you don’t feel you can meet the minimum amount listed here, by all means, send us an email at info@faithandfantasyalliance.com , and we’d be happy to accept your contribution in whatever amount you can give. Also, if there’s an amount you’d like to give that doesn’t match the increments above, contact us, and we’ll customize an appropriate benefits package for you.
